What is your Return Policy?
We hope that any items you purchase from Linen and Boxwoods become favorite additions to your home. However, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days upon receipt of product. Proof of purchase is required for a refund. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and refunds will be issued for the item(s) current value only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Return shipping and re-stocking fees may apply. We cannot accept returns on items that have been personalized, monogrammed or on items damaged by normal “wear and tear.”
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our merchandise, as well as our commitment to customer satisfaction. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. We will arrange for a prompt replacement within 30 days of original purchase date.
Can I track my shipment?

Does Linen and Boxwoods offer giftcards?

What if I accidentally resubmit an order, duplicate an order or need to cancel an order?

How do I ship my items somewhere other than to my billing address?
During the checkout process, you will be asked if your shipping address differs from your billing address. If this is so, select "yes" and enter the correct shipping address.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship internationally at the present time.
